CapProcess was established to close a gap between the existing theoretical approaches and client expectations. Approaching capacity management as just a set of documentation and good intentions is not enough; you should receive a process that works (one that identifies and addresses the capacity related risks in your environment).
CapProcess has over 25 years of capacity management process experience. It was established to provide a level of experience and expertise to organisations who lack such expertise and to transfer these skills to your organisational staff. CapProcess can transfer our knowledge and experience to your staff over a short time frame (up to one year).
Experience in many roles:
CapProcess is able to suggest changes that work effectively and improve the flow of your existing processes.
CapProcess staff have worked with leading IT vendors and organisations in improving their capacity management processes (and key activities – staff skills). We assist our clients to better understand their current capacity management situation in terms of process (maturity, competence, activities, and integration), staff (attitude and skills) and tools and to implement the necessary changes to achieve the level of service required.
Our expertise is process rather than technology. It is about improving your processes rather than changing the technology that you use, assuming your technology is fit for purpose.
Theoretical (book based) solutions can provide ideas but understanding the alternative approaches can provide solutions. Having the wisdom to understand the current situation and determine an appropriate approach is a rare skill.
There are only a few skilled practitioners with our depth of knowledge in the domain/practice area of Capacity Management. CapProcess is experienced in understanding how capacity management can work in organisations and as such can minimise the issues and risks in the organisation’s environment.
